- Bilateral meeting between Coordinator and REA

10.30 – 11.30: Coordinator’ s report
11.30 – 13.00: Fellows individual report – 9 ESRs (7 minutes/4 slides each + 3 minutes for questions)

13.00 – 14.00: Lunch break

14.00 – 15.30: Fellows individual report – 9 ESRs (7 minutes/4 slides each + 3 minutes for questions)
15.30 – 16.30: Meeting between the Fellows and the REA Representative

16.30 – 16.50: Coffee break

16.50 – 17.30: Open discussion
17.30 – 18.00: Closure
